Sarat Chandra Paikaray, State Secretary, OSBSG with all the professionals of State Headquarters at Raghunath Sadan, Unit-III, Bhubaneswar.

Scout Masters & Guide Captains of different Districts have been awarded with the BASANT BISWAL AWARD-2024 title for their outstanding work in different fields on the eve of Death Anniversary of late Basant Biswal, Former President of Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides.
