Camp Juhar

The Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides is organising the Camp "Juhar" from 18.10.2024 to 22.10.2024 at State Headquarter premises, Unit-3, Bhubaneswar. 569 nos. of Scouts, Guides, Scoutmasters and Guide Captains from 24 districts of our state participated in this event.

Day-01
 On 18.10.2024, the Camp “JUHAR” is being Inaugurated by Hon'ble MLA Mr. Babu Singh in presence of Mrs.Subhashree Nanda,IAS special Secretary, School and Mass Education Dept.; Dr. Kali Prasad Mishra, State Chief Commissioner and National Vice President, Bharat Scouts and Guides; Dr. Priyadarshini Satapathy, Girls Scout from America. 

Day-02
Food Festival was cherished by Sri Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak , Hon’ble President, OSBSG in presence of Sj.Ananta Narayan Jena, Hon’ble MLA, Bhubaneswar & Vice President, OSBSG and Sj.Ashok Kumar Rath, State Commissioner, OSBSG and Smt.Ranjulata Ray, Corporater, Bhubaneswar and Dr.Kali Prasad Mishra, National Vice President and State Chief Commissioner, OSBSG with Sj.Sarat Chandra Paikaray, State Secretary, OSBSG 

Day-03
	Scouts, Guides and Unit Leaders from different districts participated in "Master Mind through GITA'S WISDOM" Programme at Unit-9, Bhubaneswar. The Programme was blessed by Smt. Aparajita Sadangi, Hon'ble MP, Bhubaneswar in presence of Dr.Kali Prasad Mishra, National Vice President & State Chief Commissioner, OSBSG with Su. Usha Devi, Prajapita Bramhakumari and Mountabu, Rajasthan.
	The campfire competition was graced by Sj. Birupakshya Tripathy, Executive Editor, Pragatibadi in presence of Dr.Kali Prasad Mishra, National Vice President and State chief Commissioner, OSBSG. Besides Craft making, Physical display, debate, yoga, song competition were organised.
Day-4
	The valedictory function of JUHAR Camp was graced by Sri Dasarathi Satapathy, IAS(Retd), OSD, Odisha Legislative Assembly, Bhubaneswar in presence of Dr. (Smt.) Minati Behera, Chairperson, Odisha State Commission for Women & Vice President, OSBSG and Sri Ratikanta Mohapatra, FA cum Special Secretary, Dept. of School & Mass Education, Odisha  Sri Priyadarshi Mishra, Former MLA, Bhubaneswar and Dr.Kali Prasad Mishra, National Vice President and State Chief Commissioner, OSBSG with Sj.Sarat Chandra Paikaray, State Secretary, OSBSG.
Day-05
The camp was closed with all faiths prayer.
