Observance of Disaster Preparedness Day at State Headquarters Premises, Unit-III, Bhubaneswar
Awareness Campaign and Diya Dan was organized by Members of Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides on 29th October, 2025, in remembrance of all who lost their lives in the 1999 Odisha Super Cyclone — may their souls rest in peace, and may their memories forever remind us of the strength of humanity in the face of tragedy.
