State level Cub Bulbul Utsav

The Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides is organising State level Cub Bulbul Utsav from 26.11.2025 to 30.11.2025 at State Headquarters premises, Bhubaneswar. Over 600 Cub Scouts and Bulbul Guides from primary schools across 14 districts of the state have joined the festival under the supervision of their Unit Leaders.
The inaugural function was held at 5:00 PM, presided over by National Vice President and State Chief Commissioner Dr. Kali Prasad Mishra. Former MLA of Bhubaneswar, Shri Priyadarshi Mishra, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Witnessing the enthusiastic participation of the Cubs and Bulbuls, he highly praised them in his inaugural address. He further expressed that this festival would be instrumental in their mental development in the future. He wished for the bright future of the Cub Bulbuls and wished for the success of the festival. The guests watched various competitions of the little children and remarked that staying together in the camp fosters brotherhood and equality among them. In the evening, the guests enjoyed the cultural programs performed by the children.

2nd Day on 27.11.2025

Group Dance Competition was graced by Sj. Niladri Bihari Dadhia, OFS, Finance officer, Secondary Education in presence of Sj. Prasant Kumar Nayak , Establishment Officer , Govt.Of Odisha, Sj. Biswajit Ghose , State Commissioner, OSBSG and Sj. Dusasan Swain , Asst.State Commissioner, OSBSG and Dr.Kali Prasad Mishra , National Vice President & State Chief Commissioner, BSG with Sj.Sarat Chandra Paikaray , State Secretary ,OSBSG

Physical Display, Cub Bulbul Greeting, Clay Model, Play Acting Competition were organsied in this day.

Red Flower / Kalarava Competition was blessed by Sj. Akash Das Nayak, Hon’ble MLA, Korei in presence of Smt. Chandana Das, Member State Child Development and Sj. Dusasan Swain, Asst.State Commissioner , OSBSG with Dr. Kali Prasad Mishra, National Vice President and State Chief Commissioner,BSG. Yoga Competition, Mina Bazar, Fun Game and Adventure, Play Acting, Cat Walk and Red Flower / Kalarava Competition were organised.
