On 22 February 2026, the Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides celebrated World Thinking Day with great enthusiasm and Scout spirit.
The day marks the birthday of Baden-Powell, the Founder of World Scouting, inspiring millions of Scouts and Guides worldwide to serve society with dedication and unity. On this occasion different districts also observed the Day. Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers renewed their promise to uphold the values of leadership, service, environmental responsibility, and global brotherhood. The celebration reflected the true spirit of Scouting — “Service ” — and strengthened our commitment towards community service and nation-building.
