Viksit Yuva Rover Ranger Moot at Cuttack

The Viksit Yuva Rover Ranger moot was organized in Cuttack by the Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides at DKN College, Eranch, from 28th March 2026 to 30th March 2026. Rovers and Rangers from various colleges across the state participated in the program. The conference focused on developing qualities such as social service, discipline, and leadership among youth, along with imparting the core values of the scouting movement. The camp was inaugurated by State Chief Commissioner Dr. Kali Prasad Mishra. On this occasion, T-shirts were distributed to the participants. In the subsequent sessions, cultural programs were organized where the youth showcased their talents in dance, music, and various art forms, captivating the audience.

The event also included a blood donation drive, awareness rallies, and sessions on online crime awareness.

Among the dignitaries present were Mr. Sarat Chandra Paikaray (State Secretary), Mr. Mihir Ranjan Pattanayak (Joint Secretary), and Mrs. Pushpanjali Mohapatra (Jt. State Organizing Commissioner) from the State Headquarters.
