State Training Centre, Barunei, Khordha

State Training Centre of Odisha State Bharat Scouts & Guides is situated at Barunei Industrial Area, Mukundaprasad, Khordha, covering around 05 acres of land. It is near about 30kms distance from state headquarters, Bhubaneswar. The camp site is about 1.5KMs from the NH-16, Khordha and 03KMS from Maa Barunei Temple. There are so many adventure & fun bases. Two storey building and 04 nos. of 20 seated barrack for accommodation during camps. A gallery consisting of around 07 steps upward, accommodating more than 3000 of Scouts & Guides. Apart from this, there is an open stage having Invitees gallery, greenroom, and a permanent cultural stage for organizing different events. There is also a Rover Den, Kitchen Shed, Store Room, separate Sanitary block both for Scouts & Guides, Drinking Water & Electrification facilities throughout the camping ground.

The beautiful panoramic site of Barunei temple is really enjoyable. The landscape of both the hills i.e. Barunei & Karunei can be seen from the rear view of camp site (State Training Centre).
