State Level Rajiv Gandhi Seva Sanman -2026 on the eve of Sadbhabana Divas at Jaydeb Vawan, Bhubaneswar

Flock Leader , Cub Master , Scout Master, Guide Captain , Rover Scout Leader and Ranger Leader from different schools and Colleges have been awarded Rajiv Gandhi Siskhya and Seva Sanman to commemorate the 81st Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Shri Rajiv Gandhi, and to promote national integration, peace and communal harmony.
