Rajya Puraskar Certificates were presented by Hon’ble Governor and Chief Patron of Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati on 21st May 2026 in the Abhisek Hall, Lok Bhavan, Bhubaneswar. A very colourful programme was organised by Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides to felicitate the Rovers, Rangers, Scouts, Guides, Cubs and Bulbuls those who have been declared qualified in the Rajya Puraskar Test.
Sri Nityananda Gond, Hon’ble Minister, School & Mass Education, ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Welfare and State Chief Commissioner Dr. Kali Prasad Mishra were present with Hon’ble Governor on the dias. Other than that awards were distributed to different prominent persons who are closely related to OSBSG and have rendered their selfless service for the benefit of the society. More than 800 Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers, Cubs and Bulbuls have participated in the rally with their unit leaders and other dignitaries of different districts. The programme ended with a small but stunning cultural show performed by some of the participants.
